The practice and a life have proved t that «21 day rule» does not work. I can’t get a new skill during this time. And that’s it! We do not hope for willpower, because it is also a psychological myth. Motivation theory failed as well, and looks like a frail ghost. A new life from January 1st, a healthy way of eating from Monday, stop checking the phone every 5 minutes, and learning a foreign language doesn’t work neither, eventhough you really need to. Our life is changing rapidly, and we constantly need to give up something and start something.
